PT. Interdev official initiative was established in 2007, as a follow up various initiatives related to CSR activities undertaken since 2005 by the pioneer team Interdev individually or in groups to help some companies to develop CSR programs in the context of community development and decrease business risk.

The idea of implementation of CSR, which carried by Interdev more than just a community development activities but emphasize CSR as a modern business culture, oriented to the benefit of optimum productivity for sustainable development. We exist to create 'value' for corporate advantage. We believe that the private sector is the sector which becomes the motor in driving productivity to be directed to the improvement of socio-economic environment and bio-physical environment that supports excellence and improving the overall performance of the overall economy. For it is necessary synergy and collaboration between the company and its stakeholders in a format mutually beneficial and equitable and in a business culture which upholds the ethics and honesty

Strategy
We're committed to assist clients in planning for the CSR performance-based, serving for its application, its management is, monitoring, evaluation and program reporting. Meet the needs of clients in the development of human resources in the field of CSR, as well as the needs of clients in putting CSR as a business strategy. Therefore we are continually doing research and development programs both at the level of strategic planning, program development, management of CSR and its relation with the company's operations.
